Share Buyback Program 2008/2009

The Executive Board of euromicron AG has decided on May 05, 2008, to hold a share buyback program on the basis of the authorization granted by the General Meeting on June 20, 2007.

The shares will be bought back on the stock market between May 6, 2008, and September 30, 2008. The buyback program will affect a maximum of 5% of the capital stock (233,000 shares).
