Seize your chance by taking part in our 12-month sales trainee program and qualifying as a certified euromicron sales expert (DLS).

Training

You undergo a 12-month course of training at and outside the company. It is divided into the focal areas of sales techniques and product know-how and is flanked by a very high level of practical training in which an experienced mentor accompanies you in your everyday work.

As part of the dual system, you are given practical, product-, customer- and company-specific training at one of our subsidiaries throughout Germany on the basis of a detailed qualification plan. Alongside this, our partner company teaches you the theoretical fundamentals of sales work.

After completing the 12-month training successfully, you gain certification as a sales expert (DLS).

  • Inspiring our customers for our innovative products and solutions in the field of network, security and fiber-optic technology
  • Presenting and explaining our products and solutions and offering professional service and extensive consulting
  • Caring for our existing customers and acquiring new ones

The requirements

  • You have completed your course of studies in business management, electrical engineering, computer science or a similar field or have comparable training
  • You are motivated, results-oriented and hungry for success
  • You have a confident and commanding manner and are able to assert yourself
  • You have a great affinity for technology
  • You like dealing with people, are enthusiastic and single-minded
